:<\/strong><br \/>\nConduire une r\u00e9flexion collective inclusive en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les capacit\u00e9s organisationnelle, institutionnelle et op\u00e9rationnelle de l\u2019Agence G\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u2019Ex\u00e9cution des Travaux d\u2019Int\u00e9r\u00eats Publics pour l\u2019Emploi (<a href=\"http:\/\/jeunesse.gov.gn\/agetipe-qui-sommes-nous.gn\/\">AGETIPE<\/a>) au regard des recommandations du diagnostic institutionnel de l\u2019Agence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, il s\u2019agira de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9finir les strat\u00e9gies n\u00e9cessaires par champ d\u00e9fini pour la mise en \u0153uvre des recommandations du diagnostic institutionnel d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tabli;<\/li>\n<li>Elaborer un plan d\u2019action op\u00e9rationnel pour la mise en \u0153uvre des d\u00e9cisions prises au cours de l\u2019atelier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats attendus<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un (1) atelier d\u2019\u00e9changes\/retraite est organis\u00e9 et permet d\u2019\u00e9changer autour des propositions et recommandations issue de l\u2019analyse approfondie du dispositif institutionnel et organisationnel ;<\/li>\n<li>Les strat\u00e9gies n\u00e9cessaires par champ d\u00e9fini pour la mise en \u0153uvre des recommandations du diagnostic institutionnel d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tabli sont d\u00e9finies ;<\/li>\n<li>Un plan d\u2019action op\u00e9rationnel pour la mise en \u0153uvre des d\u00e9cisions prises au cours de l\u2019atelier est
